Senior Big V Women Coaching Announcement!

Hey Gator Nation!

The Altona Gators Newly promoted Senior Division One Big V Women will lean on our Director of Coaching Randy Shanklin to guide the Women’s Program into the Next Phase of their Development.

The Senior Big V Women will return to Division One Competition after nearly a decade of playing in Division Two or having been absent from the Big V Competition completely.

Randy having been Awarded 4 times Big V Coach of the Year with Gators Youth League Women will strive to return the Senior Women’s team to its former glory in the 2010 Grand Final Championship way back in the Senior Women’s team first season in the Big V Competition.

Senior Division One Big V Women will launch the New Season with an Away-Home Double Header travelling away on Saturday 18th March vs Craigieburn Eagles @ Craigieburn Stadium and then return home on Sunday 19th March 12 Noon vs Mildura Heat @ The Swamp Altona Stadium.

Make sure you get down to the Swamp next Sunday at Noon to cheer Randy and our Senior Women on in their Season Launch!

The Altona Gators would like to give a Huge Thank You to Coach Cameron Wilkosz for Leading the Division Two Women over the past few years during the Covid Lockdowns.

Coach Cam and Gators Club mutually agreed to part ways so Cameron could focus on his Career and his growing Family.

The Gators family wishes Coach Cam all the best in all of his future endeavours.
