Gators Big V Breast Cancer Network Australia Pink Round Sunday 29th May

Pink Round is only a day away and we would love you to be involved.

On Sunday 29 May 2022, our Gators Club will celebrate Pink Round to raise funds and awareness for the Breast Cancer Network of Australia (BCNA). COVID-19 has had a devastating impact on people affected by breast cancer with treatment, diagnoses and reconstructive surgeries delayed.

The ongoing impact of these delays means BCNA’s work is more important than ever to help ensure all Australians affected by breast cancer receive the very best care, treatment, and support.

We would love the entire Gator’s family including our junior and senior teams to come together to support this very important cause while also spending time together as a basketball community.

We invite you to be a part of they day as follows:

Sunday Morning:
9:00am – Parent’s Session with Physio Ben Davies

9:30am – Pink Parade and games – All junior teams are invited to dress up in Pink. There will be prizes for the best dressed person and team.

Our Senior Women and Youth League Women’s Teams will Pink Up for their home games.

We invite all our teams to attend the games that will take place as follows:

Sunday Afternoon:
Youth League Gator Women vs Kilsyth Cobras at 12 noon
Senior Gator Women vs Collingwood Allstars at 2pm

Game day will include raffles, special activities and food for attendees.

Raffle tickets will be available on sale on Friday night and Sunday morning.

A massive thank you to all teams for your contributions to the raffle. The response has been truly overwhelming and a real credit to the generosity of spirit in our wonderful basketball community.
